Exhibition setup is the install of a show: works in order, spacing even, and the display ready for the opening. It is for pop-ups and short UK exhibitions, not print production. Send the work count, the dates, and the postcode on the quote form, or WhatsApp the same details.

How the work varies
Wall sequence
Works hung in the order the show needs, not in the order they came out of the boxes.
Mixed media
Frames plus a small number of objects on shelves or plinths you supply.
Strike
A separate quoted visit to take the show down and make good only the holes we made.

A show is quoted from the work count, the install window, and whether strike is included. A late-running private view is not assumed to be free extra time.

When people book, and how to prepare
People book when the hang must be finished before an opening, or when volunteers have started and the line is already uneven.
Give us the order in writing. Have the walls empty of the previous show.
After opening, do not rehang a sold work’s neighbour without checking the gaps. Book strike as its own visit.

Can you come back to take the show down?
Yes. Strike is quoted on its own so the install price stays clear.
Do you write the wall text?
No. We place work. You supply words.
How fast can a show be installed?
That depends on the work count and the hours in the window. The quote names the window. A late private view is not treated as free extra time.
Is exhibition install an emergency call-out?
No. Shows are planned. A same-day hang is only a simple job that is still free in the diary, and it is still quoted.
