Quote form
The quote form sends your name, email, phone, postcode, and message to the form handler already configured for this site. That handler is not changed by the design of the page. We use those details to reply about the visit.
Reviews
A review stores your name, email, rating, and comments. Name, rating, and comments may be published on the reviews page. The email is not shown. Reviews of four or five stars are the ones placed on the page. Lower ratings are kept for the studio and are not published.
The WhatsApp button opens a chat in WhatsApp. The message is handled by WhatsApp, not by the quote form.
How long we keep it
Quote messages are kept long enough to answer and to record the booking. Review records stay while the review is published or held. You can ask us, by the contact email on this site, to remove a review you submitted.
