It is for offices, sales suites, and landlords handing a floor to a tenant. It is not shopfitting and it is not a sign-manufacturing service.

Repeated sizes kept to one height so the floor feels consistent.

Branded panels

Boards and acrylics on cleats or stand-offs, specified for the weight.

Included, and what we do not do

• A visit timed around the office
• Fixings that can be removed when a tenancy ends, when that was requested
• A tidy floor when we leave

• We do not core-drill concrete risers.
• We do not work on live electrics or move data cabinets.
• We do not install above a desk that staff must keep using unless the area is cleared.

The visit

1. Confirm the walls with the site contact
2. Protect floors on the route in
3. Hang room by room
4. Hand back the space the same day when the set is ready

How the quote is built

Office work is quoted from the number of pieces, the need for evening access, and induction or permit time. The quote includes that waiting time when the building requires it.

When people book, and how to prepare

People book when a fit-out is finished and the art is still in boxes, or when a rebrand has left old fixings in the wrong places.

Send the floor plan marks if you have them. Book us in with reception so we are not held in the lobby.

Facilities can dust frames. They should not rehang a panel on a different cleat without checking the fixing.
